Customer Service Bilingual

The Sansin Corporation is a dynamic company focused on providing leading environmental coating technologies to the log home, millwork and deck construction industries. Products are designed to protect wood from harmful ultra violet light and water damage. The individual filling this role will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the office manager. This is a full time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively and confidently to customers in both English and French and initiate action were necessary.
Order taking and entry
Ability to organize work priorities
Data entry using ACT and Simply Accounting
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Trade Show/Training Seminar preparations
Ability to function in a stressful environment
Follow-up telemarketing work

REQUIREMENTS

Successful completion of post-secondary education, or demonstrated experience in lieu of education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, problem solving, listening, and follow-up skills:(detail oriented)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Prompt, dependable, self motivating

Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
